Hi, what browser are you using? For me it works with the newest version of Chrome or Firefox on Windows and Mac.

I try newest version of Firefox on Windows (progressbar fix in 0%) and run direct in itch app on Windows (progressbar stop in 80~90%)

below are the errors described in firefox console

  • Cross-origin request blocked: The Same Origin directive does not allow reading the remote resource at file:///D:/Users/<user>/Downloads/itch_app/slave-hunter/Build/SlaveHunter_v1.2.data. gz (reason: CORS request is not http). 
  • Failed to download file Build/SlaveHunter_v1.2.data.gz.
    Loading web pages via a file:// URL without a web server is not supported by this browser. Please use a local development web server to host Unity content, or use the Unity Build and Run option.     SlaveHunter_v1.2.loader.js:1:162 
  • Uncaught SyntaxError: illegal character U+001F SlaveHunter_v1.2.framework.js.gz:1 
  • Unable to parse Build/SlaveHunter_v1.2.framework.js.gz! Loading pre-compressed (brotli or gzip) content via a file:// URL without a web server is not supported by this browser. Please use a local development web server to host compressed Unity content, or use the Unity Build and Run option. SlaveHunter_v1.2.loader.js:1:162

I downloaded the files and it also does not work for me, but I use Chrome; Windows 11.
